Since then, ELEVATE has unleashed a torrent of fire. A razor-sharp collaboration with underground powerhouse Brylan on No Pares EP, and a hypnotic joint venture with the fearless Lupe Fuentes, Surrender, further cemented the label’s revival as a breeding ground for boundary-pushing techno.
Now, Pig&Dan are doubling down on the chaos, teaming up with long-time ally and techno guru Mondo for a three-track EP Speakerhead.
Recorded during an electrifying studio session in New York City, the Speakerhead EP delivers two blistering originals and a infectious rework from Mondo. Channeling the raw, unfiltered energy of the city that never sleeps, Pig&Dan and Mondo fuse decades of expertise into driving, peak-time weapons. The title track, Speakerhead, laces euphoric twists and haunting melodic textures over a relentless rhythm, while its sister original dives deeper into dystopian atmospherics. Mondo’s rework is morphing the track into a distorted, industrial-strength juggernaut. Uplifting yet ominous, melodic yet merciless on the dancefloor.
