Legendary San Francisco duo Gabriel & Dresden join the Tronic family with their long-awaited debut ‘Serpent EP’, set for release on June 6, 2025. Known for shaping the progressive landscape since the early 2000s, the duo delivers two masterfully produced tracks that blend emotional depth with peak-time groove.
Label boss Christian Smith, a longtime fan since their 2001 debut, invited them to contribute to Tronic’s evolving sound. The result is a pair of progressive bombs — “Serpent” and “Coil” — showcasing lush textures, phat basslines, and the duo’s unmistakable melodic touch.
True to Tronic’s genre-fluid vision, this EP also signals a shift for the label, which plans to embrace more progressive and housier releases going forward — proving once again that Tronic is anything but purist.
